ABOUT ABOUT

Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 24, and pop over to the NoMa pumpkin patch party! Carve a jack-o-lantern with your friends and family on Thursday, October 24 from 4:30-7 PM in the empty field at First and Pierce Streets, NE. Come by for happy hour and a free concert, with libations and food from Union Kitchen and their members. All ages are invited to carve a free pumpkin and get in the Halloween spirit. Carving utensils will be provided. Don’t want to carve a pumpkin? No problem! Enjoy a petting zoo complete with bunnies, chickadees, and more. There will be a candy scavenger hunt for children starting at 5:30 PM. DC local Sam’O will perform live reggae music at this quintessential fall activity. Food, apple cider and (for the over-21 crowd) beer will be available for purchase at the event. More at http://www.nomabid.org/pumpkin-carving/. Special thanks to Tishman Speyer for providing the site.

Please RSVP to reserve your pumpkin.
